1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The giveaway is organized under the YOGUPET brand by BIFEEDBO S.L. (hereinafter, YOGUPET), with registered address at Polígono Industrial Les Canals, 7 – BL 2, Lleida, 25190, Spain, and CIF B25846155, by means of a random draw for advertising purposes.
YOGUPET is organizing a giveaway called GIVEAWAY OF 2 PACKS OF 6 MIXED YOGURTS FROM THE CLASSICS RANGE, which will be held via the Easypromos platform. Participation will take place through the Facebook fan page “Yogupet” and the Instagram account @yogupet. The participation period will be specified in the announcement of each giveaway.
In that post, each participant must meet the specified requirements in order to enter the announced giveaway. Participation is free of charge and open to residents within Spain.
2. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
The social media platforms used for each giveaway will serve only as channels for the promotion. The social network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way.
The organization, information, and responsibility for the giveaway rest solely with YOGUPET. The user releases the social network from any responsibility, understanding that the information and personal data provided for participation are given to YOGUPET, not to the social network.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to any natural person over 18 years of age who resides in Spain and is physically present in the country during the giveaway period. Participation is not linked in any way to the purchase of goods, services, or usage rights.
Persons who are employees, contractors, or otherwise linked to the organizing company, its collaborating companies, or who have ceased to be employees during the promotional period, as well as their relatives up to the third degree, are not eligible to participate.
To participate, users must access our platforms (Facebook and/or Instagram) and complete all requirements indicated in the post. This may include liking the post, commenting, tagging the page, tagging other users, or sharing images, as applicable.
Once all requirements are met, participants will be entered into the giveaway. Only one entry per user and per promotion will be allowed during its duration. “Entry” is understood to mean the right of one person to participate once in the giveaway.
Only entries submitted online through the established procedure will be accepted. Incomplete, false, or non-compliant entries will be considered void.
Comments deemed inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing on third-party rights will result in the participant’s automatic disqualification.
4. PRIZES
The promotional action consists of 2 PACKS OF 6 MIXED YOGURTS FROM THE CLASSICS RANGE.
The prize cannot be exchanged, altered, or compensated at the winner’s request, nor can it be redeemed for cash. The image of the prize shown on Facebook and Instagram is for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the actual products awarded.
5. DRAW
The draw will be conducted through the Easypromos platform. Participants will be compiled into a database and the winner will be selected at random via the platform. Additionally, 5 alternate participants will be randomly selected as backups.
The winner’s name will be published on YOGUPET’s social media channels.
Participation will be open from November 17, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. to December 1, 2022, at 3:59 p.m. The draw will be conducted via Easypromos, which will issue a certificate of validity.
YOGUPET will contact the winner via private message on Facebook or Instagram, depending on the channel used to enter. The winner must respond exclusively via the same channel within 48 hours of notification. YOGUPET will have 24 hours from the draw date to contact the winner and request personal identification details and prize acceptance.
If the winner does not respond within the given time or declines the prize, the organization will contact the alternate winners in the order selected.
The winner must provide full personal details (full name, email, date of birth, phone number, postal address) for prize delivery or collection. Acceptance of the prize implies consent for YOGUPET to publish the winner’s name, surname, and/or photos with the prize (either collecting or enjoying it) on YOGUPET’s social media, without any entitlement to remuneration.
The prize will be shipped to the winner’s address within the month following the draw. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or other legal obligations resulting from the prize.
YOGUPET is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the winner that prevent identification or delivery.
6. BRAND RESPONSIBILITY
YOGUPET reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, or cancel the giveaway due to unforeseen events during the participation period, without liability.
YOGUPET is not responsible for statements made by third parties on social media and reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
The giveaway may be suspended, extended, postponed, or cancelled if any external or internal event occurs, such as a serious technical incident on the internet or if fewer than 25 participants enter.
The organizer is not liable for damages of any kind arising from temporary unavailability or interruption of services used to participate, including access failures or participation submission errors.
YOGUPET is not liable for any damage or loss that may occur to the winner during the enjoyment of the prize.
7. DISQUALIFICATION RULE
Participants who have entered four or more giveaways or prize competitions on social media in the last 7 days will be disqualified. This rule ensures participation is healthy, spontaneous, and brand-focused.

9. APPLICABLE LAW
For all matters not provided for in these official rules, the promotion will be governed by current Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Lleida, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GIVEAWAY RULES
Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these rules without reservation.
